Discover Bird Watching

Learn to identify birds that visit your garden and those you might see on a walk out in the countryside on this special birdwatching for beginners event. This event will take place in our Garden Room in the morning where you will learn the key features to be aware of when trying to identify birds, as well as discussing the ways to listen to and learn about bird’s call and song. A buffet lunch will be provided at 12pm*.

The day will round off with the chance to go onto the reserve to spot some of the species it hosts. This event is aimed for novices and appeals to bird lovers of all ages – all are welcome.
