Meet the Makers – Tidal Rum

Join us in the courtyard gift shop to sample this delicious rum, made in Jersey.

Tidal is a blend of four golden-aged rums infused with oak-smoked Pepper Dulse, a seaweed foraged at low tide. The four different rums were selected to complement this unique botanical, also known as the ‘truffle of the sea’ – the result is a rum that has a true taste of the tide.
